They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They can never get things done right the first time. Bought my tires here a few months ago. They sold me tires they did not have in stock, requiring a return visit, then when they were installed they were out of balance, requiring a second return visit. Had them rotated at 6000 miles, then had to return again for a violent shaking due to the needed alignment that they checked for but failed to tell me about. Car has been on the lift for 3 hours now while I wait. SAVE YOUR TIME, DO NOT GO HERE!
