Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

It's a small auto body but they work fast! I had a huge dent on my BMW pax door and got outrageous quotes elsewhere David gave me the best quote, great service overall my expereince was great and my car looked like new!

Just left there, 12/18/12, and I have nothing but positive to say. My car was rearended and the insurance company wanted to send me elsewhere. This is my second time needing body work and was recommended by my father-in-law the first time and had such great service I went there this time also. Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.
