Brought my car in a few weeks ago for its 60k checkup. Russ and Brian were helpful as always. It's running as well as it did when I first bought it.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place USED TO be awesome. I was a loyal customer for almost 3 years but ever since Tony left I wouldn't trust these guys with my kids ten speed. A couple iffy jobs I could forgive but beyond that, my brakes were 'fixed' yet they failed 5 miles after leaving the shop. Was told he drove it around for an hour and thought it was fine. Yet low and behold, I went flying through an intersection at RT 114 and was close to getting creamed by a Mack truck. When questioned about the work they did, their story changed to 3 guys drove it around for a couple days. So either they are too incompetent to know when the brakes aren't working properly or they're lying. Either way, If you want reliable service look elsewhere. Seriously, like anywhere else...at all.

Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardo's offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.

Richie is a very honest mechanic, so happy I found him. I had some major problems with my brakes and he went above and beyond to get my car back to road worthy. He explained all repairs and costs. Highly recommended

I have a 1967 NADA 109 Land Rover. I brought it into J. Whites Automotive to have general service done along with a brake job. They did an outstanding job on my Land Rover,. The service was so top notch that I got to tell you about it. In the past few years she has been showing her age in the way she been running. I use to have her picked up once a year on a flat bed and she was trucked up to VT for maintenance. I was going to put her up for sale after 20 plus years. Here is what happened: J Whites went through entire vehicle. The 109 now runs like it did in 1967! It never skips a beat; the steering is awesome with no play in the wheel. You can take your hand off the wheel and it now stops on a dime straight even time. J. White has got this rover running so good that I am keeping it and when I take it out I leave my AAA card at home. I highly recommend J Whites Automotive.

My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.

If I could give a negative number I would, but unfortunately it won't allow me to! I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months. I checked out some places here and there but couldn't seem to find one. I saw one this morning on AutoTrader, it was for 2012 Honda Accord LX-P. The issue was that the Pride Chevy was about 2 hours away from my house. So before I left I called the sales department. I spoke to a fellow named Sam (actually name) and asked him if the car was still available as I live far away and do not want to waste a trip. He reassured me that, it was available and that when I got there to ask for him. We hopped in the car and headed toward Lynn. We get there and are wandering around. I finally have to ask a random guy who looked like he worked there if there was a separate Honda side. I let him know that I spoke to a Sam and was asked to ask for him when I arrived. A few minutes later, Sam arrives. I introduce myself and shake his hand. He then tells me he is going to set me up with a consultant. What, wait, then what the hell does Sam do? Sam brings back this guy, no idea who his name is. Sam says to guy I'm going to pull the car up for her, set up her profile. We sit with the guy and he tells me that unfortunately the car was sold this morning. I tell him, I called before hand blah blah to make sure it was there, 2 hour drive... He looks up the "sold" car and starts raving about what a great steal that wasI asked him why he rave about a deal that we were driving up to see and is now gone. What purpose was that serving? He says that Sam didn't know the car was sold, the other side of the dealership sold it, blah blah. My question is why is Sam answering the phone if he can not provide correct answers. Pissed off I gather my things to leave. I'm then told that maybe the car wasn't sold and to hold on, they had to make a phone call. Meanwhile as I wait, my dad goes into an office. I walk over and see this man, slumped back in

mark is really good about letting you know what you need now vs. what can wait. his turnaround is also really quick.

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!!
