Today is 09/16/2020 Poor service the mechanic/ owner starting cursing at me and telling me he doesn't have time for service that I paid for. I work down the street and come here often and for the teller to apologize for something he didn't do because I'm a good known customer is uncalled for. His attitude sucks and customer service is even worse. I wouldn't recommend them at all and they are over priced and I still paid . Never again.

Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Wilder Brothers Tire is the most honest and reliable car shop that I have ever encountered. I have been there three times in the last year with mine and the wife's car having been quoted prices of $300-$6000 by Lexus and another repair shop. In each case Wilders inspected the cars and either fixed the minor problems for $100 or free, but most importantly, their honesty saved us from being ripped off by others.
