My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. Just the facts, with quality service and parts, at less than dealership prices. They do specialize in Toyota/Lexus, but I've brought my Hondas there for years and have been very pleased. I've found a place I can trust, and that's where I'll bring all my family's vehicles.

For over 20 years, I have had all of my vehicles maintained and repaired by B&D, (plus extras like remote starters and sound equipment installed). The prices for parts and labor are transparent and reasonable, quotes for work are on target, my car functions beautifully, and I have consistently felt extremely well treated by everyone in this shop. I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!
