Volkswagen service near Boston, MA

I had a flat tire a week or so ago, called AAA to have it towed to Tosti's. Chris called me after he had a chance to look at it. It needed to be replaced and the other tires showed dry rot. It was decided that 3 needed to be replaced including the flat. I was quoted an estimate. It was Thursday afternoon, but was told they would try to finish it by the end of the next day (Friday). And they did. I've been a customer there for a few years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And the cost was less than the estimate.

Just picked up our car and she looks great. Scott and team made our repairs following a small accident as pleasant of an experience as possible. The car looks like new, and drives like nothing every happened. Plus they handled everything with our insurance company. Five Stars...

My family have all used Pro Auto for years- this includes a variety of vehicles including Honda's, Toyota's, and BMW's. If you want reliable and honest mechanics to make sure your car stays in good condition then this is the place to come. Excellent service and outstanding technicians! I will recommend that people bring their vehicles to SSA. Everything was explained to me, and I even quotes for additional work to consider. I definitely will be back very soon.

Went into the shop thinking my car was going to be very expensive to fix because of terrible sound in the rear. Put me at ease when he diagnosed the issue and was quick cheap fix. Very honest guy Fran is. Highly recommended.

My keys and phone were locked in the car so I couldn’t call AAA. I was at Star market on Mt. auburn street, walking distance from Vahe’s garage. They were very busy, but he sent his assistant to help me. After 15 minutes, we couldn’t get the door unlocked. Then Vahe came out himself and spent more time until he got the door open. He was so kind, and competent, then he wouldn’t let me pay.
