My transmission kept running slow in low gear...air bag light was on and it was determined that it was the clock spring in the steering column. Mr Warzycha was professional and friendly. He gave me the finished estimate with no hidden costs. He also showed me the defective parts. I will continue to use him as my mechanic.

Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! Back again to Tower for some more work to the car. New pads, rotors and a wheel bearing. Great communication from these guys, got a call detailing what the car needed and a quote, then followed up with a call to let me know it was ready. Wilder Brothers Tire is the most honest and reliable car shop that I have ever encountered. I have been there three times in the last year with mine and the wife's car having been quoted prices of $300-$6000 by Lexus and another repair shop. In each case Wilders inspected the cars and either fixed the minor problems for $100 or free, but most importantly, their honesty saved us from being ripped off by others.

I"ve never been to AAMCO for auto service,I've gone to other shops I thought I knew fairly well> I had transmision issues with both my vehicles within a month< along with other vehicle problems.The other shops had different diagnosis for the problems. After much time in the shops ,and substantial cash outlays, the problems persisted to some extent in both vehicles. I went to AAMCO,I had my transmission problems pinpointed very promptly, I discussed other suspension issues,engine isues, that I was having with both vehicles,I told the tech I was very discouraged with the other shops, I wasn't sure of my next move.THe tech told me that he would get to the root of the problems,HE SURE DID! My transmisions were fixed ASAP,and the problems that were so elusive to others,were handily identified and resolved.AAMCO went above and beyond any expectations I had.These guys are the best.They deserve all the credit in the world. I would very highly recommend AAMCO for any and all repairs to your vehicle

I came into this autobody shop because I had always had excellent service. I needed my back light changed and they found that my battery was leaking acid and needed to be changed immediately. I was driving to New Jersey the next day, so I was very grateful that they found this problem and fixed it. Today I was driving home in the snow and my tire light went on. I drove back to them and they checked my tires and put air in them for no charge. I have always received wonderful service from this business and I would highly recommend them.

We started going there over 2 years ago, was very happy we found a good mechanic shop, then this winter, 2015..brought mt car in for a oil change and had a few fees that I had never seen before..and they advised me I need my tires rotated (but the were done in September 2014 and I don't drive much...about 7,000 miles a year so I was a little disappointed...then my husband brought his vehicle in for an oil change and he was NOT charge any additional fees...and no recommendations on service and he drives his vehicle everyday. Disappointed and hope this was just a misstep in service.
