Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! I moved out of state and am sad that I couldn't bring Lenny with me. He is the nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. The first time I brought my car in I thought I had an electrical problem. Both of my headlights went out at the same time and a spare bulb I had didn't work. I took it in to Lenny and after about 15 minutes he came back and told me that my bulbs blew. Apparently, my spare bulb was also bad. He only charged me the price of a pair of new bulbs. No labor costs! Seriously cheap and he didn't seem pissed that I was a numb-sack for bringing my car in for blown bulbs. The second time I brought my car in I had some starting problems. Lenny found the problem right away and quickly changed out the parts for much less than what I would have paid elsewhere. (I have a mechanic friend in Hawaii that I called and even he said that the repair was cheap!) When I went to pick up the car, Lenny handed me my GPS that I left on the dashboard. He took the time to take out the GPS because he didn't want someone to break into my car to steal it. What a guy! It's been about 10,000 miles since I've had the repairs and I haven't had any problems. I drove my car from Boston to Phoenix and I haven't heard any of the clunking sound that Lenny fixed on my third visit to the Civic Center.

I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

I have always had great service with this MONRO. I recently went to a dealer and they told me I needed $1200 worth of service to my Toyota so I went to them for a second opinion. I have used them in the past for oil changes and brakes and never had a problem. Out of all the things that the dealer told me I needed was a new air filter!! That was it. I will never go back to another dealer again. As for the lady who made the comment about being told the cost would be $660 then her husband being told told $560 I would guess that she heard it wrong.

It's a small auto body but they work fast! I had a huge dent on my BMW pax door and got outrageous quotes elsewhere David gave me the best quote, great service overall my expereince was great and my car looked like new!
