Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! Any work Auto repair too!

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. It's so hard to find an honest repair shop, but that's what you get at Elite. No nonsense, honest assessment of your car's problem, with no upselling or exaggerating. Just the facts, with quality service and parts, at less than dealership prices. They do specialize in Toyota/Lexus, but I've brought my Hondas there for years and have been very pleased. I've been a customer of Andre's owner of Dana's Auto Care for years now. He's an excellent mechanic and is honest!!!!

Magno auto repair was the WORST place I could EVER have taken my car to. They told me I had so many different things wrong with my vehicle, i had to get a new water pump, 4 sensors, timing belt, etc, in order to get my cadillac cts running in perfect condition. Well, not even a month later my car broke down and now its at a shop where the mechanic has informed me that the service done on my car by Magno's was the cause of my engine almost blowing. Magno's people left wires disconnected, sensors that were switched, they were all in wrong places, they put my engine back together but left screws out and that caused oil to leak all over the engine and brand new parts I had just spent 600$ on. There was also oil leaking from behind the pulleys, which were aparently too small. All that amongs other things, he destroyed my vehicle. After paying so much for a job, I really expected him to do it right, but I am very dissapointed and angry with this experience. My car is currently at another shop, where my vehicle's engine was put completely apart and numerous parts are being changed due to damage caused by him. And Magno will not do anything about it. Also, the receipt he gave my only says "work done for x amount of money" so there isn't much I could do legally. The most dishonest and iresponsible bussiness I've ever came across!

Wilder Brothers Tire is the most honest and reliable car shop that I have ever encountered. I have been there three times in the last year with mine and the wife's car having been quoted prices of $300-$6000 by Lexus and another repair shop. In each case Wilders inspected the cars and either fixed the minor problems for $100 or free, but most importantly, their honesty saved us from being ripped off by others.
