Welp, it seems to be that the only reviews that are posted are glorious. I did not have a good experience with foreign motors. At first I was delighted with the service and the people. 3 days later all the things that were repaired malfunctioned all over again. Asked to make an appointment however because the time wasn’t “convenient” for them I wasn’t able to get it repaired in time. Had to go elsewhere. Not very satisfactory customer service.

I have received impeccable customer service, amazingly fair prices, and found a group of guys that are fully committed to attention to detail. The front desk receptionist is very unwelcoming! Shawn was great. I would like to know why I was charged extra after getting alignment. The reason giving was “we have to pay bills and keep the lights on”. I was also given two different quotes when inquiring about rear camber arm change.

The check engine light in our sons car was on and while we were pretty sure it was due our daughter not putting the gas cap on tightly, we weren't sure. I called McCracken and they said bring it by whenever you have the chance and we'll clear the code. We brought the car in and they cleared the code and ascertained that it most likely was the gas cap. We have had to pay $75 to have this done at the dealer before. McCracken's staff was so nice, kind and helpful. They didn't charge us a dime and sent us on our way. We wouldn't go anywhere else
