Poor Customer Service Went and spoke to the owner and got a quote for work. Arrived day of appointment and asked to speak with owner because I had noted some other areas that I wanted to discuss with him. He then said, I'm not a stupid man. I've looked at this car already. I don't want the job. We've used this company in the past and had recommended them to friends. This was a crazy experience. Will not return or recommend.

great place my car looks great

I had my 2007 Toyota Camry brought to Countryside Collision in Pembroke Mass back 3 years ago and have been haunted ever since. I got my car back and started noticing a grinding noise coming from the rear of the car. Keep in mind it was in a very bad collision Front passengers side and drivers rear. My biggest mistake was not bringing my car back right away. Little by little parts started failing like the windshield washer reservoir started leaking half way full. A piece of weather strip was missing from the front hood, my battery was missing the cap and acid was everywhere on my engine. Aside from the small stuff I also took notice later that my front fender where it had been hit was not aligned properly and caused paint to chip from rubbing on the headlight. Also the trunk was not aligned properly from where it was hit. Long story short I just brought my car to my REAL mechanic and the rattling noise I kept hearing from the front ends up being the frame needs to be welded back before it completely disables my poor car. Its sad that $14,658.00 dollars in repair that my car came back the way it did. A 2007 Camry with already one foot in the grave-junkyard. In the end I would strongly ask that you re-consider Country side collision in Pembroke, Mass and consider other collision shops. Do not make the same mistake I made by bringing my poor car to Country Side Collision. -Dan oh yeah and my CV joint is also gone because of there failures fuckin hillbilly assholes

Brought my motorhome to ironhorse to fix a leak on the roof of my 2010 ford class2 motorhome. I met with the owner brian Cavanaugh and we went over the leak. He said no problem they do these all the time and that he would have it done within a week and submit the bill to my insurance company. Well 2 weeks go by... I called several times and this guy bruce who sounds drunk every time I call says the same thing, that Brian isn't available. Well I decided to drive down there to see how things were doing, and when I pulled up my motorhome was sitting outside in the pouring rain. I went and opened the side door only to see my roof tiles were soaked and falling down, the carpet was drenched and the wall was bowing from all the water....WTF. I immediately called my insurance company and told them not to send them a dime as they ruined my motorhome interior. Come to find out they sent a check to them for 4323.00 and the owner brian cashed it. I explained to my insurance co what they have done my insurance company called them while I was there looking for an explanation and of course, Brian is nowhere to be found. His sidekick bruce told them they were working on it. Long story short we are now taking them to court for the severe damage they have done and my insurance company is charging them with insurance fraud. BEWARE OF IRONHORSE COLLISION OR IRONHORSE ENT IN FREETOWN MASS AS THEY ARE A VERY SKETCHY BUISNESS.

Mike is the BEST body man I've ever seen. My car was pretty close to being total and Mike had done magic. My car is a 08 and olny had 15,000 miles on it . I can't belive how my car came out. Thier was no way to tell that this car was scratch never mind near totaled . All the lines were perfect and the paint was incredible. I will never send anyone anywhere else for there body work . theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

They worked with me and my budget and the job got scheduled for that week. I now have my car back and it looks great. They also did a nice job detailing the outside and inside of my car. Feels like I just bought it!
