Surprisingly frustrating experience. Dropped off a car on 8/13/2012 for the repair of minor damage to driver's door. Received a call that it will be ready for pickup on Friday, 8/ 17. Hours of operation for collision center on Friday are listed till 5:30PM (http://www.woodworthmoto…) however at 5:10PM the collision center is closed, doors locked and nobody around to retrieve the car. Stuck without a car for a weekend - thank you Woodworth Motors. Went again to pick up the car on Monday, just to find out that the check for repair was sent by insurance to my home address instead of the repair shop, despite of "direction to pay" order, and the repair shop can't give me the car and sort out the payment issue directly with insurance company. Spent another hour going home and retrieving the check. Finally received the car with nicely repaired damage on outside..... and thick layer of sanding dust and residue from masking tape on inside. Yack!

Masison's takes service to the next level. I didn't have rental car insurance on my policy, but Mike at Masison's Collision Experts arranged for a rental and had the rental car bill sent to the other person's insurance company that hit my car. Who knew you could do that? It didn't cost me a dime. My insurance company even pro-rated my damaged muffler and Mike didn't even charge me the difference. I'm so glad a finally found a place that doesn't soak you every chance they get and they did a great job too!

MY TRUCK DEVELOPED A LOT OF BODY ROT ON THE REAR QUARTERS, COMMON FORD PROBLEM. I NEEDED THE REAR QUARTER PANELS CHANGED BUT DID NOT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY, GEORGE IS NOT ONLY THE OWNER BUT DOES MOST OF THE COMPLICATED WORK HIMSELF. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND GEORGE DID THE WORK. 3 DAYS LATER HE CALLED AND STATED MY TRUCK WAS READY NOT ONLY DID HE DO A FANTASTIC JOB BUT HE CLEANED AND DETAILED MY TRUCK WHILE IT WAS THERE. AFTER TALKING TO GEORGE AND THANKING HIM FOR A JOB WELL DONE I FOUND OUT HE IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND HIS WIFE DID ALL THE DETAIL WORK ITS RARE TO FIND A FAMILY BUSINESS ANYMORE THAT DOES QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND GEORGES COLLISION CONNECTION.

I had a Geat experiance at Universal..My car looks brand new.I also had them change my oil and tires.Lindsay Tommy Lenny..They are all great and they are always willing to stop, take time to answer questions..Awesome Job.I will recommend them to everyone.

Ritchy and His staff are very knowledgeable, experienced and capable of working on all types of RVs. I was impressed with the service and the cost was much less than other shops.--- Highly recommend for RV repair.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. This business is run by dishonest people. They gave me an estimate in writing and lowered it down for cash money( red flag ) . I dropped off my car and the next morning I got a call saying that I am suppose to bring the part to be installed which wasn't true and wasn't on the estimate. I asked to speak to the owner Rick who was extremely rude from the minute he came on the phone and I told him that the estimate stating the part is included with $6.25 % tax. He claimed that this is just paint and the waste charge. At this point I said "are you charging me tax on wasting?" He got very defensive and asked me to pick up my car. I was so happy to pick up my car not fixed by people like him and his unprofessional, dishonest, liars staff. I don't recommend this business to my enemy.

I had my 2007 Toyota Camry brought to Countryside Collision in Pembroke Mass back 3 years ago and have been haunted ever since. I got my car back and started noticing a grinding noise coming from the rear of the car. Keep in mind it was in a very bad collision Front passengers side and drivers rear. My biggest mistake was not bringing my car back right away. Little by little parts started failing like the windshield washer reservoir started leaking half way full. A piece of weather strip was missing from the front hood, my battery was missing the cap and acid was everywhere on my engine. Aside from the small stuff I also took notice later that my front fender where it had been hit was not aligned properly and caused paint to chip from rubbing on the headlight. Also the trunk was not aligned properly from where it was hit. Long story short I just brought my car to my REAL mechanic and the rattling noise I kept hearing from the front ends up being the frame needs to be welded back before it completely disables my poor car. Its sad that $14,658.00 dollars in repair that my car came back the way it did. A 2007 Camry with already one foot in the grave-junkyard. In the end I would strongly ask that you re-consider Country side collision in Pembroke, Mass and consider other collision shops. Do not make the same mistake I made by bringing my poor car to Country Side Collision. -Dan oh yeah and my CV joint is also gone because of there failures fuckin hillbilly assholes

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.
