theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Nice neighborhood, very friendly people & dogs. Got to appointment early and was greeted by a neighbor and a carpenter getting ready to work on their building. There is also quaint playground next door. They got my car ready for my end of lease and even detailed it. They made arrangements with me to get all the parts ahead of time and kept the car for less than 2 days. "bumper fender and paint work" I would say they were 5 stars except they couldn't meet me before 9am

MY TRUCK DEVELOPED A LOT OF BODY ROT ON THE REAR QUARTERS, COMMON FORD PROBLEM. I NEEDED THE REAR QUARTER PANELS CHANGED BUT DID NOT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY, GEORGE IS NOT ONLY THE OWNER BUT DOES MOST OF THE COMPLICATED WORK HIMSELF. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND GEORGE DID THE WORK. 3 DAYS LATER HE CALLED AND STATED MY TRUCK WAS READY NOT ONLY DID HE DO A FANTASTIC JOB BUT HE CLEANED AND DETAILED MY TRUCK WHILE IT WAS THERE. AFTER TALKING TO GEORGE AND THANKING HIM FOR A JOB WELL DONE I FOUND OUT HE IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND HIS WIFE DID ALL THE DETAIL WORK ITS RARE TO FIND A FAMILY BUSINESS ANYMORE THAT DOES QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND GEORGES COLLISION CONNECTION.

Masison's takes service to the next level. I didn't have rental car insurance on my policy, but Mike at Masison's Collision Experts arranged for a rental and had the rental car bill sent to the other person's insurance company that hit my car. Who knew you could do that? It didn't cost me a dime. My insurance company even pro-rated my damaged muffler and Mike didn't even charge me the difference. I'm so glad a finally found a place that doesn't soak you every chance they get and they did a great job too!
