Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

My family brought a car from that place a little over a year ago for $3000.00,(three thousands dollars). The owner Frantz promised he will provide the title for the car, still as of today no title has given to us. We called several times he is given us the running around.

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.

Had work done to my Acura, it looks mint... Almost didn't even recognize it. Accurate Collision did a fantastic job on it. They even had it detailed. Definately will recommend them to everyone. Friendly office staff and body shop. Everyone was helpful. Thank you so much.

I couldnt be happier with the work that 290 did on my car. You can bring your vehicle to 290 and know that your not going to get ripped off. No matter how big or small the job is they get it done right.When I got my suv back from 290 I was so surprised they had cleaned my car at no cost to me!!!!! The owner is so nice, he explains everything that he needs to do to your vehicle in detail before he does it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. In the future I need any work done on my car I will bring it to 290 AUTOBODY without hesitation!!!!!!!

This shop has a strong reputation in the Nashua area, and did a good job with my Infiniti G35 coupe. Kyle, the manager, called me after they had the vehicle for a few days to give me an update on the work, which was a nice surprise considering you usually don't expect a peep until everything is done. The work was performed competently and quickly, and I have had no issues so far.

Surprisingly frustrating experience. Dropped off a car on 8/13/2012 for the repair of minor damage to driver's door. Received a call that it will be ready for pickup on Friday, 8/ 17. Hours of operation for collision center on Friday are listed till 5:30PM (http://www.woodworthmoto…) however at 5:10PM the collision center is closed, doors locked and nobody around to retrieve the car. Stuck without a car for a weekend - thank you Woodworth Motors. Went again to pick up the car on Monday, just to find out that the check for repair was sent by insurance to my home address instead of the repair shop, despite of "direction to pay" order, and the repair shop can't give me the car and sort out the payment issue directly with insurance company. Spent another hour going home and retrieving the check. Finally received the car with nicely repaired damage on outside..... and thick layer of sanding dust and residue from masking tape on inside. Yack!

Excellent shop. Fixed a used car that was completely dead for a reasonable price. I found them from the AAA. Like all good shops it may take a few days for the repair to get done. Since they are busy. Did some work on my foreign. Charles R. Medford, MA
