Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardo's offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.

Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

I have been servicing my vehicles at Manny's for over 20 years. He is the best mechanic by far. His diagnostic skill are always right on. The newly remodeled shop is really cool with a modern waiting area. You will not be disappointed when you service your vehicle here. Finally and most importantly, he is professional and knowledgeable.
