I had my vehicle towed there to be worked on and Billy the owner said he would get it done that week. 4 weeks later it still is not fixed he refuses to return calls . No one picks up a phone in office at all so you can ask what is going on .Last week I went there he said give me two days I will have it done , called and went there on Friday (two days ) and no one was even working . Called left a message no returned phone call. I called today no answer I left a message that if I don't have my car buy wednesday I will report it stolen. I can't even go pick it up he has my keys !!!

Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED!
