They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

If I could have given this place 0 stars u would have. The customer service is terrible. I brought my 3 year old SUV in for an interior detail. To the eye it looked good. However, once I got home I realized my seats were still wet. I left the windows open in hopes that the dap mess would go away. I got in the car 2 days later and the smell was disgusting! I realized at that time that the mats and rugs in the car were still soaking wet. I called extreme clean and they took the car back and cleaned it again. When I got the car back I was instructed that I must leave the heat on high worth the windows open. As ridiculous as that seemed to me I did it. I didn't realize I would get my car back wet after a detail. After following their instructions about the heat, which I left on for 3 hours the car still smelled a couple of days later. At this point I was extremely upset and I called them again. This time the owner got on the phone. Told me there was nothing else he could do. He refused to reimburse any of my money so that I could have this problem that Extreme Clean caused to be fixed. He states that he did not care about my business and hung up on me. BEWARE OF EXTREME CLEAN!!! This is the worst experience I have ever has with any company in the area. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place does a great job, way better than when I brought my car to the dealership where I bought it, and at half the price! I totally recommend Middlesex Auto Reconditioning, you will be satisfied.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We took our car to Elsio because it would not start and we had a check engine light on. After holding our car for a couple of days to repair it. During the repair he decided to drive around with the car, and the car stalled. He never asked for our authorization to drive around with the car and even charged us for the tow. We complained and he decided to charge us half of the towing fee. He told us he had fixed the problem, but after driving with the car for a day the check engine light came on again, and soon after the car wouldn't start. We took the car to him again, and again he held the car at his shop for a few days in order to figure out what was wrong. When we went to pick it up, the car wouldn't start. We then had to leave the car with him for another couple of days. He said that he would fix the car without charging us because we complained. He then proceeded to change a part in the car and then charged us for this part even though he said he would do it for free. Don't bring your car here. They are the slimiest people and Elsio will rob you of your money.
