Collision repair service near Reading, MA

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.

My family brought a car from that place a little over a year ago for $3000.00,(three thousands dollars). The owner Frantz promised he will provide the title for the car, still as of today no title has given to us. We called several times he is given us the running around.

This business is run by dishonest people. They gave me an estimate in writing and lowered it down for cash money( red flag ) . I dropped off my car and the next morning I got a call saying that I am suppose to bring the part to be installed which wasn't true and wasn't on the estimate. I asked to speak to the owner Rick who was extremely rude from the minute he came on the phone and I told him that the estimate stating the part is included with $6.25 % tax. He claimed that this is just paint and the waste charge. At this point I said "are you charging me tax on wasting?" He got very defensive and asked me to pick up my car. I was so happy to pick up my car not fixed by people like him and his unprofessional, dishonest, liars staff. I don't recommend this business to my enemy.

Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since.
