The owner is rude, inflexible, and ignorant. He refused to allow my agent to pick up my car, EVEN WITH A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT. My guess is he wanted the 3 extra days "storage" he was going to claim. He claimed he had no FAX to accept a signature and no INTERNET to accept a scanned form. He is a liar and a cheat, and downright rude and miserable. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. WELLESLEY POLICE, PLEASE REMOVE HIM FROM YOUR ACCEPTABLE LIST OF TOWING COMPANIES!

Been going here for over 12 years and can't express enough about the knowledge and courtesy of the shop owner and employees. Look forward to many more years of coming here!

WATCH YOUR WINDSHIELD WIPERS!! THEY RIP YOUR WINDSHIELD WIPERS SO YOU HAVE TO GET NEW ONES TO PASS INSPECTION. I WAS THERE 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY DID IT TO 2 CARS IN FRONT OF ME AND MYSELF. MY HUSBAND WENT THERE THIS WEEK AND THE SAME THING JUST HAPPENED TO HIM..

I was told about this place from a coworker who raved at his honesty and technical knowledge. Also our vehicle maintainece guy also said he was good. I dropped my truck off to have a boched job that another place did, he had me straightened out in short order and the bill was reasonable. Definitley use them again!

Hands down the best service out there!! My wife and I have been going here for the last 4 years the people are great..Derrick even checked out a used car for us FREE OF CHARGE! He said it was bulletproof and 3 years later it still is! We moved to boston a few years back and still make the 40 min trek up to Randolph when we are having trouble with our vehicle. Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

A mechanic you can trust that charges a fair price. Charlie Lewis is a wonderful mechanic that knows what he is doing. He took our car quickly and had the job done right without a hassle. I would not hesitate to use him repeatedly on a regular basis and in we will. It is so nice to support a local AMERICAN COMPANY is family owned. Call you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I'll certainly be back!

I was planning to go on a business trip to NY and had a couple of issues with my 10 year old (but reliable) car. My sister suggested American Brake in Stoughton, where she takes her car. Tony and staff was not only friendly and extremely professional but great and fast service. My car was ready for the long drive and I felt more secure behind the wheel after they did the repair and performed their "Pre-trip Check Up"
