This shop has a strong reputation in the Nashua area, and did a good job with my Infiniti G35 coupe. Kyle, the manager, called me after they had the vehicle for a few days to give me an update on the work, which was a nice surprise considering you usually don't expect a peep until everything is done. The work was performed competently and quickly, and I have had no issues so far.

MY TRUCK DEVELOPED A LOT OF BODY ROT ON THE REAR QUARTERS, COMMON FORD PROBLEM. I NEEDED THE REAR QUARTER PANELS CHANGED BUT DID NOT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY, GEORGE IS NOT ONLY THE OWNER BUT DOES MOST OF THE COMPLICATED WORK HIMSELF. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND GEORGE DID THE WORK. 3 DAYS LATER HE CALLED AND STATED MY TRUCK WAS READY NOT ONLY DID HE DO A FANTASTIC JOB BUT HE CLEANED AND DETAILED MY TRUCK WHILE IT WAS THERE. AFTER TALKING TO GEORGE AND THANKING HIM FOR A JOB WELL DONE I FOUND OUT HE IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND HIS WIFE DID ALL THE DETAIL WORK ITS RARE TO FIND A FAMILY BUSINESS ANYMORE THAT DOES QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND GEORGES COLLISION CONNECTION.

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Just left there, 12/18/12, and I have nothing but positive to say. My car was rearended and the insurance company wanted to send me elsewhere. This is my second time needing body work and was recommended by my father-in-law the first time and had such great service I went there this time also. From setting up the rental car, to constant contact with me with updates, to fighting for me with insurance companies, I can't say enough good about Charrons. Glad I don't need auto body done frequently, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this shop. Wish I could give him 10 stars!! Thank you!!
