Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

Just good honest service. My brakes were grinding and I broke down on my way to Maine for the long weekend. AAA recommended and towed me to Ray's at 3:00 on a Friday. Since they were closing for the long weekends I thought i'd be stuck. Mike looked at the car right away,and then stayed late so I could get back on the road. Thanks you guys are the best!
