found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

The owner is dishonest. I agreed with him to give me 10-15 dollars discount for both oil change and tyre rotation. However, at checkout, he didn't offer a detailed receipt. When I asked for one, he admitted that he used regular engine oil rather than the Mobil one which should be included in his oil change package. And I am pretty sure he only rotated 3 tires rather than 4, but I did not take picture of the order of tires beforehand to challenge him. I will never go there again!

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. Back again to Tower for some more work to the car. New pads, rotors and a wheel bearing. Great communication from these guys, got a call detailing what the car needed and a quote, then followed up with a call to let me know it was ready. Friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced, accompanied by great service! Thanks again to Tower for first class treatment!

THIS COMPANY CAUSED OVER 5000 DOLLARS WORTH THE DAMAGE TO MY 2007 F150 PU TRUCK THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE THEY HAD INSURANCE!!!!! THE FOOL THAT WAS GOING TO DO BRAKE JOB CAUSED MY TRUCK TO FALL OFF THE LIFT DAMAGEING MY TRUCK BED TO TOP IT OFF I BROUGHT IT TO NEALS AUTO BODY WHICH WAS AN OTHER HORROR STORY .I WOULD RATE THIS TIRE COMPANY VERY POOR THE OWNERS SON HAS BIG BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Been using the shop since 2009 for anything from oil change to radiator and exhaust replacement. Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.
