Collision repair service near Stow, MA

Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

My family brought a car from that place a little over a year ago for $3000.00,(three thousands dollars). The owner Frantz promised he will provide the title for the car, still as of today no title has given to us. We called several times he is given us the running around.

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.

Excellent shop. Fixed a used car that was completely dead for a reasonable price. I found them from the AAA. Like all good shops it may take a few days for the repair to get done. Since they are busy. Did some work on my foreign. Charles R. Medford, MA

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. did business with steve ash the owner for a short time took him to court and got the judgement against him he paid us 25$ and left for walpole anyone with knowledge of his wearbouts please contact me at total auto parts thank you I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS STEVE ASH!!

Great custermer service and great work, Irish I had before and after pics just to tell everyone, bottom line I had lots of damage and it looks like a brand new car right out of the showroom. When I first walked in I was offered coffee , they took my info and got me into a rental car all with in 45 min, A couple of weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I am very happy with the custermer service and work done for me,if I ever get in an accident I will use them. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting.
