They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Manny's for over 20 years. He is the best mechanic by far. His diagnostic skill are always right on. The newly remodeled shop is really cool with a modern waiting area. You will not be disappointed when you service your vehicle here. found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

Went to get a front end alignment on my daughters car. They told me starting at 75.00. Ok. I know it might need parts. I call after not hearing from them and they lost my number. They told me to come down... they then told me the car needed a whole list of things that had nothing to do with alignment coming to $1000.00 so I laughed got in my car and one thing they wrote down is that I needed a right front tire so I called them and asked them where is the front tire is it sitting in car or facing it he said sitting and I told him funny I just had that tire put on a haif hour ago! What a joke so I went somewhere else and had it done for $240.00... awesome! So stay away my daughter gets in her car and the stereo is blaring.
