The owner is dishonest. I agreed with him to give me 10-15 dollars discount for both oil change and tyre rotation. However, at checkout, he didn't offer a detailed receipt. When I asked for one, he admitted that he used regular engine oil rather than the Mobil one which should be included in his oil change package. And I am pretty sure he only rotated 3 tires rather than 4, but I did not take picture of the order of tires beforehand to challenge him. I will never go there again!

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. I came into this place with high hopes from a friend's advice and it sure did pay off. I had some connectors lose on my battery which was making starting my car a variable situation. I came to them and told them the problem, immediately the owner checked under the hood identified the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes (providing new bolts for attachment). Fast, friendly service! Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.
