I used to LOVE this place and I had been going here for years (since 2004). I believe they have switched managers or owners and now they are SCUM. When my windshield wipers broke they held my car hostage for days till a 'special part' they needed would come in. They kept forgetting to call me back with a quote. Finally, a few days later it started to rain and that was when 'Scott' called me back with a $700.00 quote. I told them to not touch my car and I went to go pick it up. Thank God it stopped raining when I got there. I took it to Pepboys right away. It took them 20 minutes to tighten a part and it cost me under 40 bucks. I tell everyone I can about these idiots.

Replaced my alternator, i was stuck on the side of the road and gideon came and jumped my car and replaced the alternator at an affordable rate, timely manner, and warrantied his work. Highly recommend.

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

Just good honest service. My brakes were grinding and I broke down on my way to Maine for the long weekend. AAA recommended and towed me to Ray's at 3:00 on a Friday. Since they were closing for the long weekends I thought i'd be stuck. Mike looked at the car right away,and then stayed late so I could get back on the road. Thanks you guys are the best!
