I cannot say enough good things about this garage! Jasbir and his team of technicians are wonderful. As the reviewer Brian F. notes, they are very fast in turning around repairs, and Jasbir goes the extra mile to find you the best price for quality parts. The mechanics have been terrific in diagnosing (and triaging!) fixing problems with my aging car, and they have no problem telling me if an issue is something that needs to be done now, or can wait for my shallow pockets to save up for the work to be done. This an atmosphere where customers are appreciated and treated in a friendly and professional way. They have never tried to "upsell" me on any services, and, as a woman, it feels great to be respected as a garage customer. I will take my car nowhere else. Garry the Manager is the BEST. I check sereral places for a price for a catalytic converter for my 2006 chyrler van. I got prices from $869.00 to $1100.00. I search the internet and found Monunment Street Auto. I called Garry and he quoted $473.00 for a catalytic converter. I could not believe what I was hearing. I left my work place and went to Monument Street Auto. Garry provided me with excellent Customer Service. An employee from the auto center drove me back to my place of work and he pick me up from work when the repair job was done.

They were wonderful to deal with. They got me in and out in a few hours and were even to come in under my original estimate. Love them!
