We went to Roche Automotive after several of our close friends told us that they were the best in the area for diagnosing and repairing check engine lights. We had been to several other shops in the area and they said the problem was fixed, but the light would return after a couple of days. Brant and Jeff were both very helpful, explained everything very clearly and kept us informed through out the process. The bottom line is they found a small crack in a vacuum hose and repaired it, the light has been off for 3 months and we could not be happier. If we would have come here first, we would have saved over $1000 in unneeded repairs. Needless to say we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone looking for an honest and fair mechanic to try Roche Automotive.

Wow, the above comment is shocking to me. I didn't receive this kind of service or treatment at all from Autoserv. Prices are very reasonable to local area competition. I have been going here for years. They have always been polite & curtious. Have taken care of my vehicles and stand behind any reoccurring problems. Reality check. This person needs to look at themselves and how they reacted to the situation. These people have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle repairs were met. Contrary to the negative posts, all of the work that Long Meadow Auto Repair and Fuel has performed for my family over the last decade has been exceptional. Oil changes, brake work, engine repairs, and tire installation, were all done within a friendly and competent atmosphere. As such, I will continue to take all my vehicles to this business. Dennis L.
