Wow, the above comment is shocking to me. I didn't receive this kind of service or treatment at all from Autoserv. Prices are very reasonable to local area competition. I have been going here for years. They have always been polite & curtious. Have taken care of my vehicles and stand behind any reoccurring problems. Reality check. This person needs to look at themselves and how they reacted to the situation. These people have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle repairs were met. Thank you Autoserv and staff for all the hard work you do serving our community. I highly recommend their services.

Contrary to the negative posts, all of the work that Long Meadow Auto Repair and Fuel has performed for my family over the last decade has been exceptional. Oil changes, brake work, engine repairs, and tire installation, were all done within a friendly and competent atmosphere. As such, I will continue to take all my vehicles to this business. Dennis L. Overall a great place to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.
