I love Census Auto Repair. I have been going there for about five years for various auto repairs and have never been dissappointed. One of the reasons I love them is because of their knowledge about vehicles (I have had several that they have serviced),professionalism and they treat me with so much respect. I never feel taken advantage of or overcharged. When I'm asked why I don't take my vehicle (Lexus Nt200) to the dealer, my response is always, why you don't take your vehicle to Census. They were able to fix my problem fast and for a fair price.

Was able to get in same day. Very friendly staff. Went to Ranglin’s after calling around and being told I would have to wait at least a week to get my car in. Got a appointment next day and was able to get I pick up car using there after hours lock box. Also price was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back for my future car service needs.

My car was making a rattling noise when I started it. They did an oil change and said that fixed the issue. Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.

There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices given on the website, on the phone, upon arrival, and after service for the same service. The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.

This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. Love this place!! will be back

Wonderful people to work with. I have had to use them on 3 different occasions. Had an accident over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and they worked on it. I will nevr take my care anywhere else! In addition to being easy to work with, they do a phenomenal job on everything they work on.
