Car detailing service near Temple Hills, MD

I'm very particular and cautious where I take my car too, and I must say that this place is the best to get any kind of customization done. The owner, Drew, as well as the staff are very knowledgable about this business, and are great people persons with excellent customer service. I was there to get my fog lights replaced, and he was able to do it to my liking. I'm coming back next week to get my headlights done and I have full confidence that they'll take good care of my car.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! Worst car wash experience ever. I live in the NYC area and get car washes here without a problem. I went to this location on December 26 because the exterior was dirty and I only got the exterior wash. As I drove away from the location, a piece of metal broke away from the door frame and started flapping in the breeze. When I stopped and got out about a block away to assess the damage, not only was the car still filthy, but I saw that the entire piece of metal which helps seal the car doors was now bent back and unfixable. Filled out the report and was told they would call. They didn't - and I waited 2 weeks because I was cognizant that during the holidays things might be slower. I finally called thema nd the person in charge had already left at 3 pm. Took them 2 days to call back. When they finally did, they said since the damage was "molding," they would not cover. I wrote an email yesterday morning asking them to reconsider and get back to me in 24 hours. I'm still waiting....... WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

I have gone for years, however the past three times today being the worst. I open the trunk it hasn"t been touched loose dirt. I get the manager- he wants to take a dirty wet rag to show me that it's a stain. I insist that it gets vacumed, it came out like new. The rest of the car was still dirty ,glass window smeared. Terrible manager with lazy staff. I will never go back.
