Emissions testing service near Gorham, ME

Took my Mercedes to have wiring harness to rear tail lamp repaired. Swedish Imports forgot to order/install gasket - allowing my trunk and electronics to become flooded upon the 1st exposure to bad rain. $2300 in repairs to Mercedes after the electronics short circuited and set the alarm horn blaring for hours, lights going on and off, etc. When confronted, the owner refused to acknowledge that his technician could make a mistake - even after he called Mercedes to confirm the gasket doesn't come with the tail light assembly. Worst customer service experience in years. Mike, the owner, is belligerent and thinks he and his staff are infallible. Although their website says Mercedes Service Center - only Mercedes Benz does Mercedes repairs.

I went to sticker station twice at 4:15 because of my work schedule. They close at 5pm, the "OPEN" flag was out. Both times there was a sign inside saying they were booked, no more appointments. There was one car on the lift that was being completed but the mechanic said there wasn't time to inspect my car. It should not take 45 minutes to do a Maine inspection. Apparently the mechanic had better things to do for himself.

Wonderful mechanic, does great work. Has very fair prices. Very honest, one of the very few that I trust.
