ALL HAIL JAY!! I got into a little fender bender and my bumper got knocked in and my tail light broke. Jay was able to fit me in rite away and took excellent care of me! I love my car, and when i saw the AMAZING work that was done i fell in love all over again!! I have already recommended friends to Automotive Solutions and will continue to do so! I hope i don't have to come back for anything, but if something does happen, i already have Jay's number on speed dial!

I have been going to guys for all kinds auto repairs for at least six years, I have also referred so many of my friends and family to them. To my greatest surprise and shock, I just found out that they are frauds, cheats and liars and have deceived my family and friends that I have over the years sent to them. I sent a vehicle to them for repair this month, Sam, one of the owners called me back and said it was going to cost $2200.00 parts and labor. I was taken aback at that quote. I would have agreed, but something in me this time said NO!. I went back the next day and picked up my car from them and gave it to another mechanic that I hardly knew. They charged me $900.00 with the same parts and labor including two brand new tires. Please be careful with these guys, they fooled me for years. Always seek for a second opinion. Since I got my 2010 Hyundai Elantra I've been taking it to Mac's Tire and Auto for all my maintenance work. For a few months after the purchase of my auto, I took it to the dealer for maintenance. However, I found them to be a little pricey. My neighbor told me of Mac's auto and said he was very satisfied. I started taking my car to Mac's ever since 2010 for about 4 years, and I've been super satisfied since. Also the owner and all his employees are very nice.

In December I a bad accident that destroyed the front end of my van and had it towed to Chuck's Transmission. Everyone at Chuck's were extremely friendly, caring and helpful from the time I called to have my vehicle towed to their location until the work was completed and beyond. I had left information in the vehicle from the accident in the vehicle and they even went out of their way to retrieve it for me so I did not have to make a special trip to their location to get it. Not only did they repair my vehicle in less than 4 day, but they found an exact match of parts - color and all. When I came in to get my vehicle, they showed me everything that was repaired and answered every question I had in terms I could understand the first time. And the amount I was quoted for the repairs was excellent. I had spoke with others in the business and they said the prices were at or below what other shops would charge for all that they did. They also have contacted me after having my vehicle back for a while to make sure that everything was running perfectly. I would highly recommend Chuck's Transmission for any repairs and all regular maintenance you may need.

Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. 15 day Poor follow up, car remained outside in the Michigan cold weather without ever bringing it in on a hoist. Called multiple times only to be told by Jeff they could not get to it. Was advised after the second day there I was next. After 15 days of back and forth we rented a car to see if possibly a Tech had been ill or something. But what we did know the shop could not service us to our expectations. After showing up Jeff the head mechanic finally agreed to give us an estimate that only repeated what we had said when we brought the car in i.e. the engine light and VSC light was on and there was dragging in 1 and 2nd gear. Cost $6500. Thank Goodness the car was still pretty drive able. It is not a hooptie. Got a 2nd opinion they researched it in 2 hours. repaired it, $402.

Thieves! My 1980 Monte Carlo show car was stolen Thursday (5/27/2021). The owner claims several cars were moved out the way in order to steal my car. There was no sign of a break-in or broken glass from the other cars. I know it was a inside job!!! I contacted the police, posted the thief on social media as well as Fox2 Detroit came out to do the story. Do not do business here!

We have been using King's for 10 years now and have always felt like family. My car broke down on my lunch hour, I was towed to Kings and Brenda drove me home to drop off lunch and then back to work. One time my car wouldn't start in the driveway, I had it towed to Kings and nothing was wrong with it so they didn't charge me. They always give an estimate and call before starting any service. They have never added on extra services or used a high pressure sales to get more money out of you. They treat you like one of their own family and fix your car to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

This is the very best Auto Place to go to! I have been going for years and they have successfully serviced both of my vehicles. Extremely pleasant, reasonable prices and they care about their customers. I feel at home and always get excellent service! Oh and Gary is the BESTtttttttt. Never disappointed with his customer service. He's knowledgeable and able to multitask along with being resourceful.
