Went in for 4 ignition coils, my 2006 Passat was shuddering. After a test drive and diagnostic, Nick, the owner, said I only needed 1. I asked him to check my spark plugs, they needed replacing. I also think that I got to the bottom of a concern that I've had for a while. I visited Revive Auto Repair based on the 5 star reviews. I'll return based on my visit. The experience was fantastic. Nick is a calm, respectful, mechanic who is fair with his pricing and knows his Volkswagens.

Best car I ever bought runs great no issues and I got it for the best price

I have been going to guys for all kinds auto repairs for at least six years, I have also referred so many of my friends and family to them. To my greatest surprise and shock, I just found out that they are frauds, cheats and liars and have deceived my family and friends that I have over the years sent to them. I sent a vehicle to them for repair this month, Sam, one of the owners called me back and said it was going to cost $2200.00 parts and labor. I was taken aback at that quote. I would have agreed, but something in me this time said NO!. I went back the next day and picked up my car from them and gave it to another mechanic that I hardly knew. They charged me $900.00 with the same parts and labor including two brand new tires. Please be careful with these guys, they fooled me for years. Always seek for a second opinion. A few months ago the shop owner contacted me directly and was very apologetic, polite, understanding. We spoke about my experience & he remained very professional. Had a real rough one… ac didn’t work and we thought we would live with it. When the compressor seized and smoked off the belt we had to get it replaced. Joe got us in quickly and done ahead of schedule!! We wanted to go out of town and we were pushing it, but they got it done earlier then originally planned!! Thanks guys!! Now our car seems to blow ice cubes out of the vents!!
