We have been using King's for 10 years now and have always felt like family. My car broke down on my lunch hour, I was towed to Kings and Brenda drove me home to drop off lunch and then back to work. One time my car wouldn't start in the driveway, I had it towed to Kings and nothing was wrong with it so they didn't charge me. They always give an estimate and call before starting any service. They have never added on extra services or used a high pressure sales to get more money out of you. They treat you like one of their own family and fix your car to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Not only did you explain the extent of the repair to me but also checked the car completely over. This was not a cheap repair but, it was a very fair price for the repair. You sent an email for repairs on a Jeep 4x4, we have never have or had a Jeep vehicle You better check you records We have have had our vehicles repaired at your garage for YEARS and you send us repair notice for a vehicle we have never had owned EVER. No wonder we have not had any repair work done at your business recently. You will probably just brush this off but we are greatly disappointed. The Staffords

Be Warned! I went to them with a hanging parking brake but they didn't discover the problem until they convinced me the problem was due to me needing all new brakes and rotors "over $1100" and to top it off the brakes they replaced they had installed less than 3000 miles before. TO FIX THE REAL PROBLEM THEY DISABLED MY EMERGENCY BRAKES. (((Are they dishonest or just incompetent)))
