Even though R & T charges much less than other businesses for an oil change, they always (always) try to sell me something extra that I do not need. At my last oil change they said my battery did not pass their "test" and asked if I wanted them to order one. I said I would be visiting my dealership soon and would address it there. Two weeks later I went to the dealership for regular servicing and had them check the battery. No problem with it, it was perfectly fine. Wondering if R & T preys on women in particular. I will not be using their services anymore.

Bailey Park Auto Repair (across from Shell in Pennfield) has recently worked on 2 of our older model trucks. GREAT work, WONDERFUL guys to ask questions of and get honest answers.... and the prices are very fair for work that we had done. I would highly recommend their business if you need auto repair done in BC
