We have been using King's for 10 years now and have always felt like family. My car broke down on my lunch hour, I was towed to Kings and Brenda drove me home to drop off lunch and then back to work. One time my car wouldn't start in the driveway, I had it towed to Kings and nothing was wrong with it so they didn't charge me. They always give an estimate and call before starting any service. They have never added on extra services or used a high pressure sales to get more money out of you. They treat you like one of their own family and fix your car to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Well guys, you've done it again. I brought my truck in for a fuel pump and blower motor replacement. The work was done ahead of schedule and with the attention to detail you would expect from a much pricier shop. This review is for Auto Center of Canton which I presume is the new name for this shop. I drove my 2000 Volvo S80 to get it diagnosed because the engine kept missing even after new parts were replaced. This took place on October 16th of 2019 and all I've been getting about this problem is the runaround from a mechanic named Rich. Initially I was told that the engine may need to be replaced with a price tag of $2700.00. I went out to the shop to put half of the deposit for the engine and then was told that the engine was fine, but it was the engine control module that was in need of repairs. Instead of Rich contacting me of the status of the module, I've had to keep calling and then Rich never calls back when he says. It's been over a month of waiting and this is unacceptable as my wife needs to be cared for and taken to her oncologist for cancer treatments at U of M hospital. At this point and right now, I want my car back with the original module and my $500.00 since nothing but waste time has been done. I caution anyone considering this place for repairs as they are just monkeying around and wasting people's time and money.

Every time I take my car there they are fast and they are both professional and helpful. What I like most about him is that the prices of fear some prices are much better I was pleasantly surprised. I take my car there often and will continue to do so. -Linda

Took my car to GLA at the referral of a close friend because my brakes lost all power. I had known for about two months that I had a small leak in my front passenger side brake line, being the son of a former mechanic I had bought parts and planned on doing the work myself. However, weather and timing were not on my side. Took my car in and Matt and John took a look at it and found that my master cylinder had also went bad. They replaced the cylinder and found that I was right about the leak in the front passenger line, however Matt was pretty sure that the increased pressure from the new cylinder caused the leak. They replaced the line as well and now my car stops better than when I bought it. They did it at a reasonable price too, because I know that the same job at a dealership could have been $900-1000. I'll definitely be seeing them in the future.

The service, April and her team are great. They help with understanding what you need and why. They talk to you and you can ask them anything related to your car - truck or what ever you are driving. If they don’t have the answer at that moment they will find the answer. They are very pleasant to work with and make it very comfortable to talk to and that is important. Prices are reasonable plus they will help you to make paying as easily as they can.

I just had Michigan Motor Exchange put a remanufactured engine into my 1998 Bravada. So far everything is running great. No one including myself wants to spend money on an older SUV but it turns out that it was cheaper than buying a new or used car with higher miles. So, for a few thousand bucks, I have a SUV that my 16 year old can drive. Looks good and runs great. David was very helpful in the process and straight forward about the costs. He gave me a competitive quote for the engine and after evaluating what else the truck needed...It was my decision....no pressure. It made sense to invest a bit more to address other non-engine related issues. I had my truck back in just over a week. I was referred to Michigan Motor Exchange by another automotive shop. I am happy with my experience.

Went in for 4 ignition coils, my 2006 Passat was shuddering. After a test drive and diagnostic, Nick, the owner, said I only needed 1. I asked him to check my spark plugs, they needed replacing. I also think that I got to the bottom of a concern that I've had for a while. I visited Revive Auto Repair based on the 5 star reviews. I'll return based on my visit. The experience was fantastic. Nick is a calm, respectful, mechanic who is fair with his pricing and knows his Volkswagens.

ALL HAIL JAY!! I got into a little fender bender and my bumper got knocked in and my tail light broke. Jay was able to fit me in rite away and took excellent care of me! I love my car, and when i saw the AMAZING work that was done i fell in love all over again!! I have already recommended friends to Automotive Solutions and will continue to do so! I hope i don't have to come back for anything, but if something does happen, i already have Jay's number on speed dial!
