I'm sick of coming to this place for an oil change and they always find that I need major work. And of course I don't. Why can't this place just give you your oil change and leave you alone. I'm sick of this place and especially Mike, the manager, who is a complete jerk, especially toward women. Save yourself some aggravation and don't go to this shop.

Went in for 4 ignition coils, my 2006 Passat was shuddering. After a test drive and diagnostic, Nick, the owner, said I only needed 1. I asked him to check my spark plugs, they needed replacing.
