I have been taking my cars to Ultra Tech for many years from my 1939 ford, 1974 GTO to my newer cars. they treat my cars has if it was his own car he was working on. Ultra Tech is to only Auto Service I will use for all my auto repairs. They are a very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, family run Auto Service. A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. This is the most dishonest mechanic around. If you are considering using them don't be fooled by their 5 star rating on their company page. They delete negative comments here and on facebook. They charge you for repairs that were never completed and then when you bring your car back, they charge you for more repairs. If you don't make the repairs they void the warranty. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

My 93 GMC 1/2 Ton 4x4 started losing fluid - brought it in to Transworks and they took good care of me!!! (Turns out transmission likely overheated - they went through cooling system, checked condition of transmission fluid.)
