Auto inspection service near Forest Lake, MN

they replaced my break pads, and a couple weeks later they began squeaking when I was breaking. I brought it back in, but they didn’t hear the squeak or take the time to figure out what was going on. They dismissed my concern, saying maybe my breaks were dirty, wet, too hot…. and sent me home. I took my car to Brooklyn Park TGK and they took the time to figure out why my breaks were squeaking - Maple Grove put in the wrong kind of breaks. Maple Grove TGK is going to replace my breaks for the correct kind, but I don’t trust them to do it right. They have been rude and dismissive to me, and didn’t fix my car like they should have. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

My muffler was noisy and needed to be replaced. The work was done in a timely manner and within the estimate, however, the exhaust noise is still noisy. Don’t know if it’s the replacement muffler or where the muffler is clamped to the existing tailpipe, but either way, it’s not good.

The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!

Great work

I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

You business look good for the outside. But when you get inside and communication, what's your customers?. I think you are to take the people in and show him what they need. Not just put my car in public S8. This is what's happening. I work hard for my money and not give me the way.. Minneapolis is where I live and Minneapolis. I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired.
