Auto inspection service near Stillwater, MN

Front brake job requested (pads and rotors). Immediately noticed new knocking type noise over bumps in front right tire following repair. Take tire off, there are NO caliper bolts (should be 2, there are none). Only thing holding the caliper from flying off was the tire rim. Very dangerous and very unsettling that this is the quality of workmanship and apparently no test drive was done. I was a loyal customer.

Did the diagnostic on Friday morning at 7:30am 9/22 and never received the estimate to get repairs. It took the entire day to get the car back and still no idea on how much it will cost. Called yesterday and asked for the estimate, said they emailed it. That didn't happen. Would be nice to know what the price would be for repairs!

I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!

You business look good for the outside. But when you get inside and communication, what's your customers?. I think you are to take the people in and show him what they need. Not just put my car in public S8. This is what's happening. I work hard for my money and not give me the way.. Minneapolis is where I live and Minneapolis.
