You guys screwed my car all up. I will not be going back and I have another appointment with a different shop to fix what you did to it. I feel you caused this and your shop is costing me a lot of extra money for something that wasn't wrong but now it is. And right around Christmas is this how you real operate. I so regret going in to your establishment. And won't ever go back. I just hope it can be fixed right. I will be turning you in to the BBB and a lawyer. Screwing people over is not right. I have heard nothing but bad things from people about your place you call a business. You should be ashamed of yourself.

A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. Not just put my car in public S8. This is what's happening. I work hard for my money and not give me the way.. Minneapolis is where I live and Minneapolis. I have been coming here for a long time. Maybe 7 years. The service is always great, but they are pretty expensive. There was a time I needed some major engine work, and they quoted me over 5 grand to do something that I got an independent mechanic to do for about 1500, including parts. I will only go there as a matter of convenience now and for smaller repairs. Anything major, bring it elsewhere. I would love to give Steve at Southcross the business, but he prices himself out of the market.

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired.
