Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

I took my car into Honest 1 in July of last year for an oil change.. They said my car was in excellent condition. I knew it was because even though it is a 2006 Highlander, I take very good care of it. So when I took it in Jan, 24, for an oil change, I was shocked when the Tech told me I needed new front and back brakes. My pads were very worn. They sure went down fast in those 5 months! I could tell he was taken back when I told him I had new brakes put on by Toyota and I had only put 14,000 miles on them. He gave me a price for new brakes and I left feeling very puzzled. I am the only one who drives my car and I am not hard on my brakes. So, I had a friend take a look. SURPRISE!! They are NOT worn and still looks new. I believe the Tech saw that I was at the 60,000 mark and figured I wouldn't question the timing to replace them. Toyota replaced them at 46,000 miles. Needless to say, I will not be back!
