You guys screwed my car all up. I will not be going back and I have another appointment with a different shop to fix what you did to it. I feel you caused this and your shop is costing me a lot of extra money for something that wasn't wrong but now it is. And right around Christmas is this how you real operate. I so regret going in to your establishment. And won't ever go back. I just hope it can be fixed right. I will be turning you in to the BBB and a lawyer. Screwing people over is not right. I have heard nothing but bad things from people about your place you call a business. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Great; professional; affordable; and courteous service

I have been bringing my vehicle there for years to get tires. Never had a problem. Recently when I bought 4 tires and wanted them installed, I was told that there was an issue in removing the rear two and replacing them. There was no problem with the front 2. I was told that the rear two were torqued too tight, and that was the reason why they couldn't be removed. All 4 tires were torqued to the same tightness. So my question is, how could the front 2 be removed, but not the rear? I took it somewhere else, and they had no problem with removing the rear tires. Obviously, the person who was working on it had no idea what they were doing. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service. You should look closely at the people you have in your service department, and see what the problem is.

A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!
