My 2006 VW Passat had been losing oil consistently for 2 years now. Ma... read more My 2006 VW Passat had been losing oil consistently for 2 years now. Many trips to the Dealership and I was told this was normal oil consumption . Not convinced I found Autos of Europe and explained the situation to the Service Manager. He seemed very knowledgeable of my situation and convinced me to bring the vehicle in for a second opinion telling me they run into this all the time. Brought my car in on Monday and had a diagnosis the same day, yes, the same day. I informed them I had an extended warranty and they worked with my warranty company to have the turbocharger replaced and the PCV system repaired, the warranty covered all the repairs. 2 years at the dealer with no result, never again.
