Collision repair service near Saint Charles, MO

Extremely poor customer service... Brad Ward (owner) refused to give me a quote until I showed him the insurance company estimate. I told him it didn't matter what the estimate was if I was paying out of my pocket. I simply need an estimate. He refused to give me one and proceeded to yell and scream at me so loudly that other people in the room could hear him when I held the phone away from my ear. I will NEVER do business with someone like this... Customer service was non-existant.

I took my truck in for a couple of small dents and slight rust repair but when my vehicle was returned there was NEW damage to my vehicle. I baby my truck and know every scratch but somehow overlooked this major damage which miraculously appeared. The sad part is that I left their shop and returned 5 minutes later to show them the damage and they said I must have done it......WOW. Take pictures and check your mileage!

I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.
