Rv and camper repair service near Florence, MT

Started on across country trip, lost the brakes on my 5th wheel day one. Called around Misoula to get it repaired. Everyone was busy. These guys asked if I could be there first thing in the morning and they would try to get me going. I was there and 20 min later I was on the road with brakes. These people are great. I would recommend them to anyone.

I never asked for a quote- Big Mistake!!! Part cost was doubled or more - I was charged $95 to diagnose a fan motor that I told them was the problem in the first called. I waited a month for the motor to be delivered. Then two days with my furnace disassembled while we waited for a squirrel cage. Total cost- $585 with an hour and a half attributed to labor!!! This is a scam artist. Never again. I talked to owner (Mark) about his exorbitant charges and offered him the option to make corrections. The check cleared today and he is now on my “do not EVER recommend or use again “ list. They have the honor of being the only company I have written a review for. Never again!

Having in the past used this vendor for service on my bus I assumed that my business would again be welcomed. However, I was rudely told by a service writer that "Bretz does not accept work on vehicles more than ten years old". Then, adding insult to injury, another service writer referred me to an independent RV repair facility who, consequently, botched what was a simple and straightforward plumbing repair that I performed myself.
