Forget the dealerships. We have had auto service at countless shops, national chains, garages and dealerships over many years. None one can even come close to the personal service, convenience, professionalism, honesty, experience, friendliness and knowledge you will find at Tri-City. I'd give them more stars if that were an option. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for and if it's not right (seldom) they'll make it right. Love their coupons too.

Excellent, professional staff. Very friendly & polite. Seem to be very well-trained! Listened to my budget concerns and made most-needed repairs first. Visited for car annual inspection and tire rotation, they did it quickly and examine my car steering lean issue according to my description, no issues were found with steering, but when I drive the car back home, the problem seems to be disappeared after tire rotation. Fantastic job done, guys! They really know cars! Will definitely come back later.

Went for an oil change, they claimed my Power Steering fluid was leaking and needed a 325 dollar repair. I had it checked out at my own mechanic and he said there was no leak and that someone poured some type of fluid on the pipe to probably make it look wet. 0$ repair needed. Escaped another lying mechanic shop trying to take advantage of people. WIll never go back there.
