We found B&B to do work on my car a few months ago. They did the work needed while the labor fee was pretty high. When I cranked it up it sounded like a "race car". It was so loud from vibrations under the hood that it rumbled the entire car. I took it back to them and let them hear and see the car and was told that it must have been something that they did not "do" when they put it back together. So, they asked me to bring it back to them, but before I could it broke down again with a different problem. That problem aside, I felt like they either broke a motor mount while doing the initial repair or did not tighten something. I was under the impression after speaking to them after the first repair that they aknowledged that it happened while in their shop and they would fix what they broke. That major vibration SHOULD have been noticed when they pulled it out of the shop. They are claiming it wasn't like that when they drove it out. They also contradicted themselves telling me that oh yes we drove it and it was fine, then telling my family member that no we don't drive cars when they are done. I believe that they broke the motor mount and refuse to own up to their mistake. I am a single mom and car repairs are expensive, so I don't need to have a "trusted" mechanic give me the run around and make things so difficult. I understand they have a business to run, but I should hope that they could not make a practice of such bad service. Now, regardless I still have a tow bill plus the repair plus the part they broke.......who helps the people like me that it's the mechanics word against mine? I do not recommend this garage for any repair. Just because they did a "Good" job on one repair doesn't mean they always do a good job.

Had oil and filter changed today. Very nice professional men. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I will return. J.Zissel

Greg's Mobile Auto Repair is reasonable and fast. He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours. He even accommodated me on a Sunday which is rare for a lot of shops to be open on that day. I highly recommend Greg for his 30 years of mechanic skills for your automotive needs. If you live around Gastonia give Greg a call! He will beat any quote!

Was a customer for years. They accept NO liability if jobs not done right. Couldn't get the U-joint snap rings to my rear drive shaft to seat. Took it to Randys for repair. Needless to say it left me stranded 2 hours from home. Got it to a repair shop and the tech brings me in and shows me where the U-joint snap ring(s) and a cap came out and also messed up my driveshaft. Called Randys to let them know what happened and Im broke down 2 hours away! Randys Service Manager starts getting loud. Says it was something I did. Nothing they could do. After arguing a few min he tells me he needs to speak to his boss to see if there's anything they could do. Asked if he would like to speak with the shop or mechanic where I'm broke down. He wanted no part of it. Never mentioned needing the old parts and was the last thing on my mind at the time. Randys service mgr. just didnt want to deal with the problem, wanted off the phone asap. So I took a bunch of pictures and had the shop document everything. Got a plan together where I was broke down and was able to patch it well enough to get me back home. Get back in town and go see Alex. Seemed like they were going to make it right. Four days later and no return phone call. I call again. Now the lady is telling me I need the old parts, then maybe they can see if anything can be done. Parts weren't the problem. Clearly the snap rings weren't seated correctly and the U-joint cap came out. They want no part of the pictures or documentation I have from the shop that worked on it. Now I'm stuck paying for a new drive shaft AND having the job done 3 times now. Just letting the people I don't know aware of my experience at Randys. Bad customer service and representation.

I would not currently recommend Blvd Imports to anyone. In the past they completed quality work however that is no longer the cause. I've taken 3 separate vehicles for the separate services and they've failed to complete and check each job. The first was a simple oil change, they left the radiator cap loose which caused the vehicle to run hot because all the antifreeze/coolant had spewed out. The second they replaced the alternator in a small SUV after getting the vehicle back out didn't sound or feel right to drive. When we looked under the hood they'd left a huge bolt out, and had to go back and put it in. And lastly they replaced the power steering pump on my car. My car started making the same noises and even more several weeks after the repair. When I looked under the hood this time they'd again left the cap off the reservoir and all my power steering fluid had come out. As a result of driving with no fluid the racks and pinion need to be replaced and they want to charge $530.00 plus tax to repair. I don't think so, I'll take my money elsewhere where I know that after a repair is completed everything is checked and double checked. Not sure what happen at Blvd Imports but it's sad because they used to be a very good shop in the past.

Came to my place of business. Found the problem, fixed it at reasonable price Pleasant to deal with. Knowledgeable. Honest. Really showed up local Ford dealership on price, knowledge, etc.

Clean and comfortable waiting area. Friendly, prompt and expert service and repair. I have had my 2001 MB SLK 320 worked-on twice and find them very trustworthy. This shop is an excellent reason to buy a German Automobile. They will help you with anything, large or small, at a discount price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
