Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. I had brought my car to Sun city to have my spark plugs changed out. The price for my spark plugs and a replacement gasket came out to $120 but labor was over $300. I looked past that because I have been going to them in the past and maybe they did take there time and it was worth it, but when I opened my hood after the service my insulation and plastic between my intake and valve cover gasket were smashed and cracked up, again I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought my car all the way back so they can look at the damage and they said they try to be as carful as they can and that “stuff gets brittle and old and there’s nothing you can do to prevent that” I was just asking for a simple replacement for the part and the Owner himself told me “If you think you have a showcar then work on it yourself and don’t bring it to us next time”. The owner is extremely unprofessional and does not need to be dealing with customers. I only wanted a replacement and just got mean looks and attitude from the owner and do not enough trust bringing my car on that lot anymore even for them to fix it.

They replaced the starter with a new Bosch motor and replaced some parts on the convetible top mechanism with great results. Gave additional advice on how to better operate the roof. Consistently professional and friendly service. Timo Aittola

However, the receptionist, who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and frequently mentioned her job title in an unprofessional manner towards a couple of the customers . I hope this can be addressed to enhance the overall experience. The idea is to attract customers not run people away!

I have been using GB for 8 years. I serviced 3 of my cars there. They always been do a great job. They best tire price you can get in this market area. If you buy their protection plan, they replace the tire when it is not repairable. I had done that twice. I highly recommend.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more?
